Not Just Travel has recruited Natalie Singleton as partnership manager, and pledged to expand its support team to provide "the highest ratio of homeworkers to support team members in the industry".
Singleton, who started her career in travel with Thomas Cook, will be tasked with helping Not Just Travel’s homeworkers increase their sales and income, and ensuring they continue to enjoy running their businesses.
She left the industry in 2014 for four years before returning with Destinology in late 2018, and has also held a number of roles with clinical service providers.
Co-founder Stave Witt said Singleton’s appointment was proof Not Just Travel was defying the recruitment downturn in travel and underlined the quality of the firm’s training and mentorship.
Witt added Not Just Travel had doubled the size of its support team and was expanding in all areas of the business, claiming a current call wait time of just 42 seconds.
Singleton said: “I’m excited to be joining Not Just Travel as it stands out from anyone else for the level of support they offer their members.
"I’ve been lucky enough to work with some amazing companies over the past 20 years, and I’m looking forward to bringing my passion and commitment to helping Not Just Travel’s consultants grow their businesses."
Not Just Travel will host its annual conference next month, promising "more exciting announcements".
