Norwegian Cruise Line has put its 2024 itineraries on sale and revealed new ports of call in the Dominican Republic, Japan and Alaska.
The newly opened portfolio features a total of 35 departure ports, including two new-to-brand homeport destinations, Haifa in Israel and La Romana in the Dominican Republic.
Norwegian Epic will make its debut in Haifa in November 2022 and will offer 11- and 12-day Mediterranean sailings to and from the port and Civitavecchia in Italy starting 8 November 2023 through to 12 December 2023.
Norwegian Sky will sail a series of seven-day round-trip Southern Caribbean cruises from La Romana with a port-of-call each day from 8 January 2024 until 22 April 2024.
In addition, the brand will offer a 12-day transpacific voyage on Norwegian Jewel on 10 April 2024, from Tokyo to Seward in Alaska, visiting two new ports of call: Sendai in Japan and Dutch Harbor in Alaska.
On 22 April 2024 and 25 September 2024, Norwegian Spirit will offer its Fire and Ice voyages, which sail to and from Honolulu and Vancouver, with stops in Hawaii and Alaska.
Epic will make its debut in Trieste in Italy and Koper, Slovenia, during its 14-day Grand Mediterranean Holiday sailing on 22 December 2023.
Norwegian Escape will offer five, 10- to 11-day Grand Mediterranean sailings between April 2024 and October 2024, with calls in Croatia, France, Greece, Italy, Malta and Spain.
Norwegian Pearl will sail a series of seven-day round-trip voyages from 26 May 2024, through to 27 October 2024 from Trieste with calls in Montenegro and Croatia.
From 2-25 September 2024, Norwegian Joy will offer seven- and eight-day sailings from New York City and Quebec City. The vessel will also offer an 11-day voyage from Miami to Panama City on 25 November 2023.
Norwegian Getaway will make its debut in Turks and Caicos during its 12-day sailing on 21 December 2023, from New York City, and Joy will debut in the British Overseas Territory during a summer voyage from New York City in August 2024.
Joy will also make its inaugural call in Bonaire during its 12-day Southern Caribbean cruise from New York City to Miami on 16 October 2023.
Norwegian Jade will debut in the Dominican Republic, Turks and Caicos and Grenada during its 14-day Southern Caribbean voyage on 26 November 2023, from Tampa.
Joy will also offer four-, five- and seven-day round-trip sailings from New York City to Bermuda from 9 April through to 11 October 2024.
Norwegian Getaway will offer a nine-day round-trip sailing from Copenhagen on 13 May 2024, with calls in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and the UK.
Harry Sommer, president and chief executive officer of Norwegian Cruise Line, said travellers have been "looking to make up for lost time".
"These port-rich itineraries allow our guests more time to explore unique destinations like a local and indulge in the cultural experiences around them," he added.
NCL will also offer a 35% discount on all cruises and fly-cruise packages from 16 November. The deal is available on all departures, all itineraries and all published voyage dates from 2021 through to summer 2024.
