New tourism minister appointed

TTG StaffMichael Ellis has been appointed as the new tourism minister, replacing John Glen in last week’s cabinet reshuffle.
Ellis, who was previously deputy leader of the House of Commons, is now parliamentary undersecretary for arts, heritage and tourism. As well as tourism, Ellis’s responsibilities include museums, public libraries and digital culture.
