New York's JetBlue secures more Heathrow slots
Gary NoakesNew York’s JetBlue has secured more slots at Heathrow, indicating a potential expansion of services.
The carrier, which flies to JFK, has leased 14 slots a week from Qatar Airways for the summer season, allowing for a daily departure.
It is unclear whether JetBlue will add to its New York frequency or launch its promised Boston service.
The airline told TTG only that “JetBlue continues to pursue multiple paths for slots at London airports" and “those discussions are continuing and we are excited to grow our transatlantic service in 2022”.
