Diving with turtles and September in Santorini are just two of the offers Olympic Holidays will be promoting in a new three-week campaign.
Launching on March 11, the trade and consumer focused promotion has been designed to show the operator’s in-depth knowledge of both the Greek islands and Cyprus this summer.
To help drive sales, Olympic will launch a number of promotional deals each Monday and Thursday, backed up with marketing posters for agents to put in their windows.
Entitled “What are you doing this summer?”, the campaign is also being backed with a new-look 2016 brochure featuring lesser-known islands including Ithaca and Milos as well as parts of the mainland including Kavala and Pylos.
Head of marketing and communications, Carl Catterall said: “The campaign looks at festivals, activities, events and experiences that few holidaymakers will know about.
“We’ll be highlighting reasons to travel in each of the summer months. For example, if you head to Zakynthos in June you could be swimming with turtles, while some of the best sunsets over Santorini’s caldera are in September.
“As well as our expert insights, we’ll be sending agents special offers to help them convert bookings, and our trade sales team can also send window-posters – with inspiring imagery – to promote the months.”
