Vicky Billing joins Riviera Travel to lead partnership push
James ChappleVicky Billing has joined Riviera Travel as commercial partnerships manager to further expand the escorted touring and river cruise specialist’s trade links.
Billing joins from The Travel Corporation where she was head of sales UK and Europe. She is a previous Royal Caribbean head of retail, and Thomas Cook store manager.
At Riviera, she will manage a number of the operator’s commercial accounts, working with Riviera’s sales and marketing teams to main existing and – develop new – relationships with a wide range of partners.
She will report to Riviera channel director Stuart Milan.
"Having previously worked within the cruise industry, and currently in the touring industry, I am very much looking forward to using my knowledge to engage and develop new and existing partnerships for Riviera Travel," said Billing.
Milan added: “It’s really exciting to have Vicky join Riviera. I’ve known her for some time now, and every time our paths have crossed I’ve really enjoyed her energy and passion for the industry.
“As travel further opens up, it’s vitally important our agency sales and commercial teams help us to bolster our partner relationships. It’s exciting times ahead for Riviera as we look to cement our position as the UK’s number one river cruise and tour operator.”
