Norse Atlantic Airways will launch a new three-times-weekly Gatwick-Las Vegas route in September.
Norse will operate the route, which takes off on 12 September, using a two-class Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
It has given the route "its own lucky number seven" in honour of Sin City, designating it flight Z0777.
Economy fares lead in from £399pp while premium fares start from £1,029pp, including taxes and fees.
Stephanie Wear, Gatwick’s vice-president of aviation development, said she was pleased to see Norse continuing to grow its network at Gatwick.
"Las Vegas is a popular leisure route and it’s fantastic to see direct flights return from September for the winter season, complementing existing summer services from London Gatwick," said Wear.
Steve Hill, president and chief executive of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, added the new route would help strengthen the UK’s position as Las Vegas’s "number one source of overseas visitation".
