Homeworking firm Not Just Travel has launched a new membership programme for its trade partners in a bid to "completely change" how the brand works with suppliers.
The "Key Trade Partner Programme" will allow the company to work in partnership with a supplier to "create a collaborative plan of action" to give them "24/7" access to its homeworkers.
Around 40 trade partners have already joined the programme and, according to Not Just Travel co-founder Paul Harrison, the feedback has been "overwhelming".
"Our trade partners will see massive changes in how we operate with them," Harrison added. "How we work with trade partners was an area we identified for huge improvement.
"Our relationship is much more strategic and focuses on sales and marketing and achieving sales for all parties; namely our homeworkers, our trade partners and Not Just Travel."
Harrison said the brand was "determined to not just survive the pandemic" but create an "improved new normal" as travel returns.
"There have been huge strides made in every part of our business and our commitment to headhunt new senior management talent with new skills and experience will only add to the excellent corporate team we have in place already," he concluded.
