Oceania Cruises has announced another new addition to its UK sales team following the appointment of Cruise Circle’s Mark Godden last month.
Sam Richardson joins the line as regional sales executive with a focus on the north of the UK having previously held roles at Ambassador Cruise Line and World Travel Holdings.
Godden, who has taken up his new role as sales manager South, was most recently head of product at Cruise Circle and had formerly held various roles at Norwegian Cruise Line.
Both Godden and Richardson will be based on the road supporting travel partners in their regions and report to Oceania’s UK director of sales Louise Craddock.
Meanwhile, Kim Gough has taken up a new position as inside sales executive.
Based out of Oceania’s Southampton head office, Gough, who previously supported the company’s Central Europe sales operation, will report to senior sales support executive Leah Williams.
Oceania said the new appointments came with bookings “stronger than ever” on the back of the launch of its first Allura-class ship Vista this summer, with sister ship Allura arriving in 2025.
Craddock said: “I am delighted that we have strengthened our UK and Ireland sales team with strong candidates at such an exciting time for Oceania Cruises. Mark, Sam and Kim bring extensive experience and a fresh perspective to the team.”
