Tony Roberts, Princess Cruises’ UK and Europe vice-president, will join Seabourn next month as global vice-president of commercial operations.
Roberts will take up his new role with the luxury line on 1 March and lead revenue management, deployment, revenue forecasting and planning and analytics for the Seabourn brand globally.
He will be based in the UK and report to Seabourn president Josh Leibowitz
Current Holland America Line and Seabourn UK and Ireland managing director, Lynn Narraway, will become entirely dedicated to Seabourn, with an expanded role to include responsibility for Europe.
Narraway will report to Tony Roberts as part of the line’s new commercial structure.
Nico Bleichrodt, Holland America Line’s vice-president of international sales, will continue to report to brand president Gus Antorcha, and takes on the added remit for Holland America Line’s sales in the UK.
As part of the new structure, Seabourn’s current vice-president product management and development, Sean Brennan will be appointed head of commercial planning and strategy, reporting into Roberts.
Brennan will lead commercial planning, analytics, fuel optimisation, revenue forecasting and the relationship with the Holland America Group revenue shared services.

Whilst I will continue to be based in the UK, I will travel frequently to the US to work with and lead the commercial teams there.”
