Riviera appoints Claire Hills as key account manager

Hills brings more than 20 years of experience to the role and will manage relationships with Riviera’s key partners to help grow the businesses. She will report to Riviera’s head of agency sales UK and Ireland, Tom Morgan.

She was most recently business development manager at Train 2 Travel, where she delivered apprenticeship training programmes across all sectors of the travel industry.

Prior to this, Hills was a key account manager at Gold Medal Travel Group where she managed relationships with the trade and supported new business.

Hills said she was "looking forward to growing [Riviera]" post-pandemic.

"I’m delighted to be joining the team at Riviera and represent a quality brand that is respected with both agents and their clientele," she added.
