Riviera boosts trade team with key account manager appointment

An industry veteran with 12 years’ experience, Morris has joined the river cruise and touring operator after a five-year stint at Globus, where he worked across its Cosmos, Globus and Avalon Waterways brands as a regional sales manager. 

In his new role, Morris will focus on building relationships with travel agents and growing their awareness of the brand, reporting to head of trade and partnerships Vicky Billing.

“He brings a wealth of on-the-road experience and has a fantastic relationship with the trade,” said Billing on Thursday (11 January).

“This appointment is further evidence of our commitment to our agent partners and making Riviera the most trade-friendly brand to work with.”

The appointment will be the first of a few, as Riviera plans to recruit two additional key account managers to the team.
