Riviera Travel has joined the Association of Women Travel Executives (AWTE) and endorsed the Back in Time for Bed (BITFB) initiative.
Vicky Billing, head of partnerships, will lead Riviera’s participation in the AWTE alongside Laura Harvey, people director, and Stuart Milan, channel director.
In addition, Riviera is now formally supporting BITFB – which was founded last month by Billing and Anna Perrott from Panache Cruises – by offering all working parents the opportunity to join.
The network support group informs and advises parents and guardians on childcare questions, current topics and challenges.
Riviera’s pledge has been made alongside a range of recently-introduced benefits to support working parents, including offering more flexible and hybrid roles for current and future staff.
Billing said: "Riviera is committed to taking positive steps to support our whole team to better our work-life balance. We’re all excited to see this reflected in our AWTE membership and BITFB backing."
Phil Hullah, Riviera Travel chief executive officer, said: "The wellbeing of each and every team member is a clear priority for us. That’s why AWTE and BITFB are so important for us to partner with, and we look forward to drawing on their expertise and know-how to further strengthen our support networks."
