Riviera Travel to boost trade team with new key account managers

The company said its field-based sales team will grow by 75%, with the new roles taking its number of key account managers on the road up to seven.

The additional staff will report to Vicky Billing, Riviera’s head of trade and partnerships, and will be tasked with driving more sales through agents using a combination of training, engagement and marketing initiatives.

Billing said: “As we approach Riviera Travel’s 40th anniversary next year, our ambitious plans for business growth continue.

"With travel agents an integral part of our operation, it’s vital we expand our agent-facing team to ensure we continue to offer the highest-level of trade support.”
