Journey Latin America has launched a new Guyana trip following the addition of new direct flights to the destination from British Airways.
The brand will offer a new 12-day Signature Guyana: Wildlife and Waterfalls itinerary which explores Guyana’s capital city, Georgetown, and its markets before heading into the country’s interior.
Stopping first at Kaieteur Falls, visitors will have the opportunity to observe the world’s largest single-drop waterfall.
Coinciding with British Airways direct flight departing Mondays and Thursdays to Georgetown from 27 March, the holiday costs from £6,205pp and includes flights, transfers, guided excursions, accommodation and most meals.
Travel expert for Journey Latin America Lina Fuller said: "This holiday is ideal for those looking for adventure and wildlife on the path less trodden.
"The accommodation is simple, but the experiences are world-class. The new flight on British Airways touches down in Saint Lucia, making the route perfect for a Caribbean beach stopover on the way to or back from Guyana."
