Royal Jordanian has confirmed the launch of flights to Stansted and Manchester airports next summer.
The carrier will fly to both airports from Jordan’s capital Amman. Flights from Stansted will commence on 3 March and those from Manchester on 7 March.
Manchester will be twice-weekly, while the Stansted flight will rise from two to four a week from 31 March. Royal Jordanian’s existing Heathrow services will continue as normal.
Amman is the main entry point to Jordan, as well as being just south of the Roman city of Jerash. Jordan’s main tourist destination is the historic site of Petra in the south of the country.
