A third young Briton has died falling from a balcony at the same Magaluf apartment complex.
The body of 18-year-old Thomas Channon was discovered on Thursday morning (July 12) by a gardener, the BBC reports.
A Foreign Office spokesperson said it was assisting the family of a British man who had died in Majorca, adding it was also in contact with the Spanish authorities.
The teenager, who was staying elsewhere, is understood to have gone to the Eden Roc complex after losing his friends.
In April, 19-year-old Natalie Cormack fell to her death at the same apartment block. Two months later, 20-year-old Tom Hughes also died in a fall at Eden Roc.
Following Hughes’ death, Abta warned British holidaymakers to be aware of the risks posed by hotel balconies.
Abta said in the three months to June 12, there had been nine high profile balcony accidents, five of which were fatal.
Its members, meanwhile, reported 12 balcony accidents in 2017, one of which was fatal.
The association has warned the figures are likely only the tip of the iceberg though, with many exacerbated by alcohol.
Calvia Council convened a meeting on July 9 to discuss the issue with local hoteliers in Majorca.
Major Alfonso Rodriguez Badal said it was vital “those who come enjoy their holidays and [do] not end up in these unfortunate events”.
Efforts will include redoubling awareness campaigns ins resort and clamping down on excess alcohol consumption through all-include packages and “aggressive offers” by entertainment venues.
