Thomas Cook Group has appointed Enric Noguer its new chief of hotels and resorts, succeeding Ingo Burmester.
Noguer has more than 20 years worldwide travel industry experience across the hotel and resorts sector and tour operations
He has held high profile roles at Tui and Hotelbeds and was most recently managing director Americas for Iberostar Hotels and Resorts, based in Cancun.
Noguer will assume the role on June 15 following Burmester’s promotion to chief of UK source market, replacing Chris Mottershead.
His time will be divided between Thomas Cook’s new office in Palma and Oberursel in Germany.
