Travel Counsellors has launched its biggest ever peaks campaign to keep sales momentum going following a record-breaking 2023.
The homeworking giant launched its latest ’We take care of everything’ campaign on Monday (8 January) to highlight Travel Counsellors’ focus on tailor-made travel.
The campaign focuses on a peaks video, which showcases Travel Counsellors’ destination portfolio as well as the service offered by its team of homeworkers. The campaign also features a digital brochure which contains personalised customer content as well as social media materials to help TCs make the most of peaks.
Meanwhile, TCs continue to receive additional peaks information such as live marketing shows.
“Using compelling content to showcase stories of our own customers and being fronted by our own TCs is a relatable and authentic approach to get our brand across and supports the messages we are delivering in an impactful way,” Travel Counsellors customer director Dave Callan said.
“We are dedicated to providing highly personalised and enriching experiences, and ’We take care of everything’ is more than a tagline – it’s a promise and commitment for every single customer that chooses to book with us.”
‘We take care of everything’ was launched alongside a cruise-only campaign, the company said.
