Tui Blue has added four new hotels in Sardinia, Tunisia and Turkey to its portfolio – a day after Tui Group set out plans to evolve and restructure its business, which will see it place more emphasis on selling single components, such as accommodation, in addition to classic packages and dynamic packages.
The tourism group on Thursday (26 September) confirmed it would restructure its business around a new “global curated leisure marketplace” model shortly after it was revealed chief marketing officer Neil Swanson would replace outgoing Tui UK and Ireland managing director Andrew Flintham.
“The core business of classic packages will be complemented by dynamic packages and single components,” said Tui, adding: “At the same time the company, will increase personalised offers, grow ancillaries and maintain a high level of service.”
Last year, Tui launched a new accommodation-only platform, one Flintham confirmed to TTG would be available to agents following a consumer roll-out.
The new properties in Sardinia’s Budoni, Tunisia’s Hammamet and Seferihisar in Turkey, include both adult-only and family options.
A seven-night all-inclusive stay at the 4T Tui Blue Budoni in Sardinia, including return flights from Manchester, leads in from £926pp based on two adults sharing a double room with terrace.
Tunisia, meanwhile, now has two additional hotels – the 4T Tui Blue Manar and the 4T Tui Blue Palm Beach Hammamet – which are now open.
Prices for a seven-night all-inclusive stay at the 4T+ Tui Blue Manar lead in from £433pp, based on two adults sharing a twin room with balcony flying from Gatwick.
Elsewhere, a seven-night all-inclusive holiday at the adults-only 4T Tui Blue Angora Beach in Izmir leads in from £682pp based on two adults sharing a double room with balcony and garden view, and return Gatwick flights.
