Tui has increased its capacity to Jamaica this summer after it reported a recent uptick in demand for holidays to the Caribbean island.
The carrier, which has added 10,000 extra seats to the destination, has seen bookings for tours and attractions in Jamaica "remain strong", as overall sales numbers continue to grow.
The increase comes after the Jamaican Tourist Board hosted 20 Tui UK agents from the Manchester and Birmingham area on a fam trip to the destination.
They experienced 14 different attractions on the island as part of an investment in Jamaica, which will include the increased airlift as well as training.
During the trip, agents visited attractions including Rick’s Cafe in Negril, the Bob Marley Museum in Kingston, Mystic Mountains in Ocho Rios and the Devon House Mansion.
Simon Sharpe, regional retail sales manager for Tui Northern Region, who joined the trip, said: "Jamaica’s wide range of attractions and experiences provide a strong opportunity for us to add that extra level of customer service to our guests, which is fantastic.
"Nonetheless, Jamaica suits every traveller type and age group - from soft adventure travellers to luxury seekers, food lovers and honeymooners.
"Our bookings for tours and attractions in Jamaica are strong and we continue to see our overall sales number continue to grow. We look forward to continuing to build our relationship with Jamaica and the Jamaican Tourist Board even further in the seasons and years ahead."
