Tui River Cruises adds seven new festive sailings to 2023 schedule
Will PayneTui River Cruises has increased capacity for winter 2023 with an additional seven festive sailings.
The boost comes off the back of a strong start to 2023 for the river cruise line, with bookings up more than 30% year-on-year.
The expansion of the programme will see five additional Christmas market sailings on Tui Skyla, with five-night itineraries sailing from Mainz and calling at Frankfurt, Cologne and Dusseldorf.
The vessel will also offer two seven-night sailings covering Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve due to increased demand from customers.
Chris Hackney, managing director of cruise Tui UK and Ireland, said: "We are excited to be adding these additional sailings for winter 2023 giving more customers the opportunity to experience our fantastic river cruises.
The Christmastime on the Rhine sailing is five nights in duration and costs £970pp, while the five-night Festive Flavours itinerary comes in at £1,020pp.
A Rhineland Christmas, which sails from Mainz and visits Koblenz, Dusseldorf, Bonn and Cologne has prices from £1,130pp.
