Holidaymakers will soon be able to take advantage of new flights to Turkey’s sun-soaked southern Mediterranean coast.
Turkish Airlines on Thursday (January 31) announced a new twice-weekly Gatwick to Antalya service, launching on April 4.
Flights will operate on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Celal Baykal, Turkish Airlines general manager London, said: “We’ve introduced this new Turkish Airlines route in direct response to the rise in passengers looking to travel to this destination.
“Whether a holidaymaker or golf enthusiast, we are keen to help passengers widen their world with Turkish Airlines.”
Return flights start from £158.
Golfers will be able fly a full set of clubs free of charge on all flights.
Services will depart Gatwick at 10.05pm on Thursdays, arriving Antalya at 4.30am (+1), and 9.15pm on Saturdays, arriving Antalya at 3.40am (+1).
Return services will depart Antalya at 6.40pm on Thursdays, arriving Gatwick at 9.10pm, and 5.50pm on Saturdays, arriving Gatwick at 8.20pm.
