Two more UK-based agents have qualified as InteleTravel ambassadors, equipping them to help new members build and develop their businesses.
Kent-based Clare Jackson and Manchester-based Sarah Stephens are the latest ambassador graduates having undergone training to equip them to mentor and coach newer recruits.
Topics range from simply getting starting, understanding and navigating back office tools and functions, social media best practice and how to sell groups effectively. They will use their newly-acquired knowledge and skills to help new joiners get up and running, and start growing revenue.
Ambassadors are recognised by coveted red InteleTravel jackets and a dedicated logo they can place on their travel business collateral.
They also get priority invitations to events, dedicated ambassador events paid for by InteleTravel, a dedicated social media channel and exclusive monthly meetings.
"Becoming an Ambassador has given me the confidence to grow my business further and my aim is to be able to help new agents to develop as advisors,” said Jackson.
Stephens added: “I love to be able to train and help other agents. In recent years, I worked as an associate lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School – training is something that gives me a real buzz.”
InteleTravel UK director Tricia Handley-Hughes said: "Our ambassadors are highly influential advisors who are passionate about travel and proud of the role they play.
"They work tirelessly in the background on a voluntary basis and make an important contribution in stimulating agents’ performance - they deserve the recognition and support.”
