Windstar Cruises has added a range of new European sailings to its 2025 summer season.
The line will launch new cruises in the Canary Islands beginning in 2024 on the 312-guest Star Pride, including an eight-day Captivating Canary Islands from Lisbon to Las Palmas sailing, which includes time in Madeira and overnights in Funchal and Tenerife.
In 2025, two new itineraries in the region include the 10-day Canary Island Idyll and eight-day Colorful Canary Islands itineraries.
Debuting in July of 2024, Adriatic Icons and Venetian Treasures is a nine-day roundtrip cruise from Venice onboard the 148-guest sailing yacht Wind Spirit.
The additions come as part of the small ship line’s full 2025 summer deployment, which also includes a new 14-day Tahitian Treasures and Magnificent Marquesas sailing in 2024 and 2025 onboard Star Breeze.
Elsewhere, starting winter 2024, a new seven-day Naturally Costa Rica cruise includes inaugural calls to the Pacific coastline in San Juan del Sur and Corinto, Nicaragua.
Windstar will also offer its first-ever itineraries in the Middle East, beginning November 2023 on Star Legend.
"People are spending more and traveling longer, and they are taking notice of the tremendous value that a Windstar cruise provides," said Windstar president Christopher Prelog.
"Our new deployment works towards responding to those trends with longer and even more remote options in Tahiti, as well as more connections between different itineraries to extend trips in new and exciting ways."
