Wizz Air has launched a new youth forum to engage with customers aged between 18 and 25 to get their feedback on ways the airline could improve its services for young people.
Applications to join are open now; 20 participants will be selected each month from a fixed pool of 80 to 100 young people across Europe to join the focus group. Sessions will take place via Microsoft Teams.
Participants will receive a €20 (£17) flight voucher per session they take part in. They will also be automatically entered into a draw for the chance to win a €200 (£170) Wizz voucher.
Zsuzsa Poos, Wizz Air chief customer and marketing officer, said: “The initiative will bring together insights from our young and diverse customer base, who will be able to drive and inform our future business decisions and objectives.
“The Wizz Youth Forum is a unique chance to meet like-minded people from all across Europe and share valuable insights that will help Wizz Air to make even more service improvements.”
