The organisers of WTM London and Travel Forward have reassured customers and partners that the shows will take place as planned amid rising Covid-19 cases in the UK.
The in-person shows are due to take place between 1 and 3 November at ExCeL in London, followed by virtual events on 8 and 9 November.
All attendees will need to verify their Covid status before entry by either producing evidence of double-vaccination, a negative test, or proof of natural immunity.
WTM London and Travel Forward have recommended that guests wear masks at all times during the shows when inside.
ExCeL has reportedly "successfully and safely" delivered more than 30 events since reopening this summer, welcoming more than 500,000 international and domestic visitors.
The venue will employ "stringent" cleaning regimes, cashless transactions, digital signage to encourage social distancing and an "enhanced" ventilation system.
WTM London will also have a Covid testing facility available so visitors who need to take a test before flying home can do so without having to leave the venue.
