Luxury river cruise line AmaWaterways has published its 2024 Heart of the River brochure and to celebrate, is offering its travel partners a free luxury cruise with every five 2024 bookings made.
Agents who make five bookings before 31 December 2024 will qualify for a complimentary cruise for themselves and a companion, allowing them to gain first-hand experience of the luxury brand in a whole host of destinations.
Jamie Loizou, Managing Director commented “2024 is an exciting year for AmaWaterways, as we become the first and only major river cruise line to sail on Colombia’s Magdalena River. We are already seeing strong forward business for 2024, and with a new destination, new ships, savings of 20% off many departures and now a strong incentive, it is a great time for agents to promote AmaWaterways to their clients.”
The 2024 programme offers more choice than ever before with 45 itineraries on 28 luxury cruise ships across Europe, Asia, Africa and for the first time, the Magdalena River in Colombia.
For the first time ever, AmaWaterways is offering guests the choice between two seven-night itineraries, Magic of Colombia and Wonders of Colombia. Sailing between Cartagena and Barranquilla, both cruises take travellers down the only river in the Caribbean region to experience sites and cultural traditions that have been recognised by UNESCO for their outstanding universal value.
Awaiting guests in Colombia is AmaMagdalena, a custom-built ship boasting only 30 spacious staterooms, a heated pool, a fitness room, a nail salon and a new al fresco dining experience, on top of the luxurious amenities AmaWaterways is known for.
AmaWaterways will also debut its all-new Flavours of Burgundy seven-night itinerary in 2024. Sailing between Dijon and Lyon. Throughout this seven-night river cruise, travellers will explore Lyon’s famous Les Halles Market, pedal along the scenic Saône River, all while indulging in the region's best Mâconnais and Chalonnaise wines.
