Carrier’s Head of Marketing, Byanne Akbor says “We know that during the busy peaks period, the market can be extremely overcrowded with various promotions, so to help our agent partners cut through the noise and deliver messages that most appeal to UHNW travellers, our Feel Every Moment campaign focuses on inspiring emotional and informative travel through storytelling. The new year is the perfect time to reset and plan for the year ahead. One of the first things that comes to mind is where to travel, but this year, we are shifting the focus from where to what – what feelings are travellers seeking? Feel Every Moment is designed to tap into all five senses and explore travel through emotion. The campaign aims to tap into the psychological benefits of travel and ties different hotels, itineraries and experiences with specific feelings, bringing each destination to dazzling life.”

Carrier have identified six key story threads or themes which can be shared across multiple platforms, including print, website, email and social media: To feel… Reconnected, Inspired, Exhilarated, Enriched, Rejuvenated and Indulged.

Providing dedicated support to the trade, Carrier’s closest agent partners were given the opportunity to overbrand the campaign and proposition it as their own, while further agent partners were provided with a supply of unbranded copies of the piece allowing them to market directly to their own client database. This is further supported with the production of a Campaign Marketing Tool Kit packed with unbranded assets to help agents promote the campaign. Assets include window displays, campaign videos, social media imagery and a digital campaign book to easily share and utilise across their own channels, all of which are available on Carrier’s Agent Portal.

Carrier’s Head of Trade Partnerships Lee Marshall says “To assist in getting those all-important bookings over the line, we will be extending our opening hours on Saturdays until 2pm from 18th January to the end of February, plus there is additional support beyond 5:30pm during the week if needed.”
