Club Voyages is partnering with Reality Training to give its growing team of home working travel agents ongoing coaching to optimise their performance
The training programme is available to current and future agents who join Club Voyages as part of the wider support they’ll receive and reinforces the brand’s commitment to put the development of its self-employed travel consultants at the centre of its growth strategy. It will be delivered via interactive online sessions hosted by Jeremy Blake, training director at Reality Training, and includes modules on winning new customers, selling higher value holidays, and harnessing social media. The Reality Training team will work closely with Club Voyages to monitor improvements in performance on an ongoing basis, with individual components tailored to the needs of specific agents accordingly.
Club Voyages’ Founder and Managing Director, Sam Ballard, commented: “I firmly believe in the power of coaching, so am thrilled to have Jeremy and the Reality Training team on board as our training partner, and to be able to offer this programme as part of our support package to our agents. Reality Training has an excellent reputation and has worked with many big names in the travel industry. I’ve seen personally how adept they are at taking sales people from good to great, and am very confident that agents who work with us will be very excited at the prospect for professional development that they’ll get as a result of the training we’ll now offer them."
Jeremy Blake, Training Director at Reality Training, said: “To be a Club Voyages sales consultant you must have already proven you’re an excellent sales person. But through our programme of coaching and mentoring, we’ll be helping them to hone those skills further to maximise their business and earning potential.”
High performing agents can apply to join Club Voyages and will pay zero fees. A generous 50% upfront commission for any confirmed booking is offered.
