Hawaiʻi Tourism Europe to host first agent event in four years

HTE to host their Aloha! Europe Sales Mission to meet top USA agent specialists and strengthen Hawaii’s position in the UK

Hawaiʻi Tourism Europe (HTE) is hosting a series of exclusive events for travel agents across the UK next month as part of the Aloha! Europe Sales Mission. These events, taking place in Manchester and London, mark HTE’s return to the European market after a four-year hiatus and are set to strengthen Hawaiʻi’s presence in the market once again.


Manchester : 09 Sept from 6pm at Hilton Deansgate, Manchester
London : 10 Sept from 6pm at Six Park Place, St. James, London

 

The events will provide an invaluable opportunity for frontline agents, who sell the USA, to engage directly with Hawaiʻi’s leading tourism partners, including representatives from the islands (Kauaʻi, O’ahu and the Island of Hawaiʻi), hotels and attractions. Each event will provide round table, speed-dating style meetings with the opportunity to ask suppliers specific questions relevant to agents business.

 

Fleur Sainsbury, HTE’s UK Market Manager, commented on the significance of the upcoming sales mission: "The return of Hawaiʻi Tourism Europe to the market after a four-year break is a pivotal moment for us. The Aloha Europe Sales Mission is crucial as it allows us to reconnect with existing and new partners and ensure that Hawaiʻi is a top-of-mind destination for travellers considering the USA. Engaging with the travel trade is key to strengthening Hawaiʻi’s position in the market and driving increased visitation”.

This is an opportunity for agents to gain firsthand knowledge and updates whilst deepening their understanding of Hawaiʻi’s unique and diverse attractions, culture and hospitality.” added Sainsbury.


At each event one lucky agent will win a trip to Hawaiʻi including return flights with United airlines and accommodation with partners such as Outrigger and Waikīkī Collection.


The evenings are set to be fun and informative with live music and cultural performances bringing a true taste of Hawaiʻi; a must-attend event for agents looking to expand their knowledge of the islands and to build strong relationships with Hawaiʻi’s top tourism partners.
