Holland America Line launches 2026 Europe season

Holland America Line has launched its 2026 Europe season.

Four ships will take guests to 35 countries across the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and transatlantic, on voyages ranging from seven to 42 days.

 

The 2666-guest Nieuw Statendam and 2668-guest Rotterdam will be positioned in Northern Europe. The two Pinnacle-Class ships will homeport in Rotterdam, with Nieuw Statendam also returning to Dover for an ex-UK season. Ten roundtrip UK sailings will depart Dover between April and October, taking in the Canary Islands, British Isles, Arctic Circle, North Cape, Norwegian Fjords, Baltics and Scandinavia. Pricing starts from £1,949pp for a 14-day Canary Islands sailing.

 

The 2026 European offering includes an increased number of seven-day cruises to Norway’s fjords as well as seven-day sailings between Reykjavik, Iceland, and Rotterdam. A series of 14-day ‘Baltic and Scandinavian Capitals’ cruises are also available.

 

The 1964-guest Oosterdam will offer seven- to 14-day itineraries in the Mediterranean. New for 2026 are seven-day sailings in the Mediterranean These can be combined, offering a series of 28 Collectors’ Voyages spanning from 14 to 27 days, with up to 21 days with no repeat ports.

 

The full programme comprises:

* Six Celestial Cruises, including three eclipse cruises, two Northern Lights cruises, and one summer solstice Arctic Circle crossing.

* 11 departure cities: Rotterdam and Amsterdam, the Netherlands; Barcelona, Spain; Boston, Massachusetts, US; Civitavecchia (Rome) and Trieste (Venice), Italy; Dover, England; Lisbon, Portugal; Piraeus (Athens), Greece; Reykjavik, Iceland; and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

* 12 overnight ports: Alexandria, Egypt; Alta and Oslo, Norway; Barcelona, Spain; Civitavecchia (Rome), Naples and Trieste (Venice), Italy; Greenock (Glasgow), Scotland; Haifa, Israel; Istanbul, Turkey; South Queensferry (Edinburgh), Scotland; and Valletta, Malta.

* 19 late-evening departure cities, including Ålesund and Trondheim, Norway; Alexandria, Egypt; Belfast, Northern Ireland; Civitavecchia (Rome); Greenock (Glasgow); Dubrovnik, Croatia; Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and more.
