Holland America Line refreshes Pinnacle Grill menu

Alongside its guest favourites, the steakhouse will now feature dishes inspired by the regions the line’s ships are sailing.

An updated lunch menu will provide a taste of the nightly menu’s main dishes, such as filet mignon and grilled lamb chops. New beverages inspired by the flavours and ingredients of each location, crafted by internationally renowned mixologists, as well as local wines, are now also available.

Dishes include:

* Australia: Toasted brioche bun topped with grilled king prawn or Australian black angus steak tartare. 

* Alaska: Dungeness crab and tarragon salad or Alaska crab and corn chowder. 

* Asia: Seared beef tataki and crispy lotus chips or spicy tuna on crispy rice. 

* Canada/New England: Snow crab and corn chowder or local Quebec pork and duck terrine. 

* Caribbean: Jerked chicken bao or crab and shrimp cakes.

* Hawaii and South Pacific: Coconut seafood chowder or kalbi chicken tacos.

* Mexico: Rib eye tacos or Mexican corn soup. 

* Northern Europe: Seasonal fresh morels and asparagus risotto or Norwegian-style cured salmon gravlax.

* South America: Rib eye tacos or corn soup. 

* Southern Europe: Seasonal fresh morels and asparagus risotto or steamed fresh razor clam.

Pinnacle Grill will continue to offer a premier collection of prime steaks and a variety of seafood, chicken, lamb and vegetarian options, as well as signature dishes from Chef David Burke, including clothesline candied bacon. Additionally, Holland America Line has reintroduced the table-side caesar salad.

Pinnacle Grill is available with a supplemental charge of $46pp, or as a dining option with the ‘Have It All’ package. Children 12 and under can dine half price or free when they order from the kids’ menu.
