LATA opens registration for LATA Expo 2025

Following positive feedback from the 2024 event, held for the first time as a fully residential event, registration for buyers for 2025 has opened three months earlier than ever before with 25% of spaces already confirmed. 

LATA Expo returns to the De Vere Beaumont Estate, outside Windsor from 2-4 June 2025. With all delegates hosted at the hotel, the event ensures a cross-section of suppliers, influential buyers and media get invaluable opportunities to meet exhibitors from across the Latin American continent and discover new products, while strengthening existing relationships. The residential format enables informal catch ups and networking outside of the meeting schedule, whether that is over breakfast or at the late-night bar. 

The LATA Expo Conference kicks off day one, with a half day programme of inspiring and informative content followed by personalised 1-to-1 meetings. Monday night will feature the Gala Dinner, incorporating the LATA Excellence Awards. Tuesday begins with the popular and thought-provoking interactive session, with meetings during the rest of the day, and  the LATA Expo Festival in the evening. The LATA Sustainability Conference returns on Wednesday morning, followed by the final meetings to conclude the event.

Martin Johnson, chair of LATA, says: “We were delighted with the feedback from delegates following the revamped LATA Expo this year. We appreciate that for buyers it is a big commitment to dedicate three full days to the event but the response to LATA Expo 2024 showed that time was well spent, and the additional meeting and networking opportunities were of great value to their businesses. I hope that by opening buyer registration earlier, this helps with planning diaries and other commitments.
