MSC Cruises hosts cycling fundraiser for children's charity

Throughout the day, MSC Cruises employees took turns cycling on stationary bikes, peddling a combined 180 miles while encouraging shoppers to contribute to this important cause. The event saw generous donations from the public, with MSC Cruises matching the contributions made during the Charity Cycle to further support the cause.

MSC Cruises remains committed to raising £10,000 for Alder Hey and has more fundraising initiatives planned, including a silent auction, a pub quiz, and other activities to help raise money. Additionally, the MSC Cruises team will be participating in the Surrey Half Marathon on 16 March 2025 to raise further funds and awareness for the charity.

Following its recent move to Woking, MSC Cruises is excited to engage with the local community and continue supporting meaningful initiatives.

The relocation of its UK and Ireland headquarters from Uxbridge has brought over 100 employees to the town, highlighting the company’s commitment to regional growth and accessibility. In addition to its business efforts, MSC Cruises is dedicated to making a positive local impact through fundraising and community-driven initiatives.

The event was made possible with the support of The Gym Group, which kindly donated the use of two stationary bikes. MSC Cruises extends its gratitude to everyone who contributed, whether by donating or cheering on the cyclists throughout the day.
