Travel Counsellors is pleased to announce the launch of its latest global incentive programme, the ‘TC World Cup’, running over peaks season.
After a successful return to its first global incentive in five years in 2024, the programme has been expanded for 2025 and will see over 2,100 Travel Counsellors from around the world competing in teams of 50, each representing a different country. This year’s success metrics will focus on business-specific criteria, including weekly challenges that involve making bookings through our proprietary tech platform ‘Phenix’, margin and completing supplier challenges.
Thanks to an overwhelming response from the community, the incentive promises an exciting competition for all participants, with multiple spot-prizes to be given away every week as well as offering a unique opportunity for the winning team – an exclusive FAM trip to Orlando. The prize includes flights, a four-night stay at the brand-new Universal Luna Resort and VIP access to Universal Studios Theme Park.
Jim Eastwood, Global Sales Director at Travel Counsellors, said: “We’re excited to bring back the Global Incentive Programme for 2025 during peaks, building on the momentum of the various incentives we run throughout the year as well as the strong sales we saw in December. This initiative is more than just a competition; it’s a celebration of the collaborative spirit and camaraderie that defines our TC community. The enthusiasm and involvement we’ve seen from the TCs so far has been incredible, as they connect, share insights and compete for the ultimate prize – an unforgettable trip to Orlando!”
Reflecting on the success of the previous global incentive programme, winning Captain, Charlotte McKay, Travel Counsellor, said: “This success is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and positive energy that everyone on the team brought to the table. From day one, we supported one another, creating a sales buzz that ultimately led us to this incredible win. This achievement was made possible not only by exceptional individual sales, but also through the extraordinary spirit of teamwork and camaraderie demonstrated by every member."
