TTG Events ticket sales: terms and conditions and delivery policy

By registering for and/or attending a TTG event, all delegates agree to be bound by, and comply with, these terms and conditions. It is the delegate’s responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions.

Orders

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. We will send you an order acknowledgement email confirming that your order has been received. In order to attend the relevant TTG event, participants must pay in full or have paid in full on their behalf the relevant registration fee immediately on booking or by the due date.

Places at each event are subject to availability.

For further information on TTG Media’s use of data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit card or invoice.

Credit and debit card payments are securely processed by the Stripe system. TTG Media does not store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

Stripe provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses. Stripe uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, IP address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Stripe system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Stripe is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

More information about shopping securely with Stripe can be found at www.stripe.com

If an invoice is requested, payment will be required on the earlier of a) 30 days from the date of invoice and b) sixty days before the start of the event. In all cases, if payment is not received within these required time limits, TTG Media reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice. Please indicate your invoice number and last name as a reference on all bank transfers and communications.

Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances other than the specific events described below. Substitutions can be requested by giving written notice to TTG and will be given wherever possible.

All tickets sold for TTG Media events are subject to these terms and conditions and to venue regulations. A breach of any of these conditions may render your ticket invalid.

All sales are final, and refunds are not available on tickets once they have been purchased (including duplicates or purchases made in error, tickets bought for the wrong event or non-attendance due to illness or injury).

However, there are certain instances in which a refund may be given:

  • The entire event has been cancelled by the TTG Media or affiliated promoter. In this instance, refunds are available to everyone who has purchased a ticket in advance, at face value. Any booking fees or associated extras should be sought from the point of purchase.

  • The event has been stopped whilst in progress due to circumstances beyond our control which may be deemed as too unsafe to continue. In this instance, a decision will be made by management as to whether refunds will be offered to those with tickets. However, refunds will only be given in special circumstances and as approved by management.

  • We reserve the right to postpone and reschedule an event as a result of any restrictive measures enforced by the UK Government or such other public or regulatory authority, ministry or government which prohibits, or imposes restrictions on, the event from taking place. If the event for which you have purchased tickets is postponed and/or rescheduled as a result of any restrictive measures, including but not limited to restrictive measures relating to COVID-19 or any related or similar virus/pandemic, you will be notified in writing and your tickets will still be valid for the new rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date for the rescheduled event then please contact us at dpearce@ttgmedia.com or 020 3714 4101 directly within 7 days of the postponement notice. If you fail to notify us that you are unable to attend the rescheduled event within the 7 day period then you will not be entitled to claim a refund.

There are no other instances in which a refund may be offered.

If you have a question or query, then please ask to speak to the CEO, Daniel Pearce.
