2024 Highlights
Nationwide categories
Larger leisure agencies and/or those with a nationwide customer base can enter up to two of our eight categories. New for 2025, we have separated homeworking agencies into small (79 or less) and large (80 or more).

Our 8 nationwide categories are:
- Top Ocean Cruise Agency
- Top River Cruise Agency
- Top Homeworking Agency – Small (79 or fewer)
- Top Homeworking Agency – Large (80 or more)
- Top Luxury Agency
- Top Online Agency
- Top Touring and Adventure Agency
- Top Weddings and Honeymoons Agency
The entry process:
- Register your agency and your contact details by 13 November
- Our sponsors and a wide-ranging panel of suppliers will rate all the contenders in your category on a scale of 1-5, based on their sense of your customer service, expertise and performance
- The five highest-rated agencies in each category will be shortlisted, and announced in December
- The shortlisted agencies will be asked to join a virtual judging ‘visit’ on Zoom in February - March 2025 with one of the TTG journalists and the category sponsor, when they will ask questions from the assessment forms available to download above
- Two agencies in each nationwide category will earn a place in the Top 50 list for 2025
- One of those two will also be named Top Agency in your category
