Training has been further enhanced for new members following the launch of the Phenix Insight Squad, delving deeper into the learnings from its bespoke IT platform.
Phenix is also now helping travel agents and their customers to make more sustainable choices following the development of its
own “Green Leaf” hotel accreditation programme within the platform, using criteria set by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council.

Among the homeworking groups, Travel Counsellors has a unique focus on next-generation talent, developing 12 graduates on a bespoke development programme over the past 12 months.
