After being named the UK & Ireland’s No.1 Travel Agency in 2022, this Worcester agency has gone from strength to strength. Manager Jennifer Lynch and her team really made the most of the accolade and have been winning lots of new business as a result.

Being located in a historic Grade II-listed building helps ArrangeMy Escape create an elegant and quirky in-store experience, with beautiful neutral-coloured furnishings, a children’s area complete with tepee, a coffee machine and prosecco fridge, and a wonderfully wonky 16th-century staircase leading up to a VIP lounge.

This creative and innovative team are always trying new things, from working with a local producer to create a branded gin to using new QR code technology on brochure stickers and creating bespoke video content for the in-store TV – anything to engage clients in different ways and make them feel extra special.

Indeed, one colleague, Judith, works in a concierge role, taking care of every last detail for clients and ensuring ArrangeMy guests get the very best treatment. This really comes into its own on more complex or specialist bookings such as overseas weddings and honeymoons – and is one reason ArrangeMy was also named UK & Ireland’s Top Weddings & Honeymoons Agency at the Top 50 ceremony. 

Every member of the team is passionate about sustainable travel, and strives to learn about and recommend suppliers who are working hardest to be eco-friendly. The agency partners with a tree-planting scheme and plants a tree for every wedding or honeymoon booking. 

Jennifer is a manager who is serious about looking after her team and supporting their professional development, and she is also committed to encouraging the next generation of travel professionals through offering apprenticeships and work experience placements. 

With business in 2022 growing to almost three times that of 2019, she certainly seems to have found a winning formula. So much so that ArrangeMy Escape has just opened a second store in Malvern.
