Customers end up becoming such good friends that Anna even hosted three clients for Christmas dinner last year, while an 84-year-old gentleman was treated to a fish and chips lunch when his ticket was hand-delivered.

With a repeat business rate standing at more than 80% and an impressive 5/5 stars based on 114 reviews on Facebook, Ocky White has won over a legion of loyal fans in Pembrokeshire, and the love is reciprocated as the team goes above and beyond to give back to the local community.

Over the past year, the agency has forged two new tie-ups – one with a local ladies’ hockey team and another with a junior cricket club. The consultants ran in last year’s Cardiff Half Marathon, raising more than £700 for local charity Get The Boys A Lift, which promotes mental health awareness. Ocky White is also a corporate sponsor of animal rescue charity Greenacres and sells tickets for local choirs, theatres groups and Rotary clubs.

And with plans to drive the business further with fresh video content and a new bespoke website, the future ahead looks very bright for Ocky White.
