TTG Luxury Travel Awards 2025

FRIDAY 28 FEBRUARY | RAFFLES LONDON AT THE OWO

Supplier categories

These eight awards give a wide range of luxury travel suppliers the chance to win recognition from the luxury community. New for this year, as a reflection of the growth of the product area, we have added a category for Luxury Expedition Cruise Line of the Year.

All suppliers must complete an entry form, via our new updated awards platform. All entries will then be assessed internally by the team at TTG Luxury, with the announcement of the shortlisted entries in November.

These supplier finalists will then be assessed by panels drawn from leading members of the luxury travel advisor community, to ensure that the professional views and assessments of agents are taken into account.

Premium Cruise Line of the Year

This category is for Premium cruise lines that go above and beyond to look after customers and staff; respond strongly to luxury agents’ needs; innovate in product and brand strategy; and show they strive for sustainable and responsible operations.

To enter this category, brands are likely to offer four-star and above ships and services, with sophisticated dining and decor, on perhaps larger ships with a host of facilities and entertainment, and may offer a suite/luxury-club concept within their ships.

Celeb quote

“It’s exhilarating to be recognised. Winning this accolade recognises the hard work we pour into every aspect of our operations, and fuels our determination to continue setting the standard for excellence.”

Nicola McNeish, head of sales, Celebrity Cruises, winner of Premium Cruise Line of the Year 2024

Ultra-luxury Cruise Line of the Year

Ultra-luxury Cruise Line of the Year

Sponsored by Gran Canaria

This category is for cruise brands in the ultra-luxury market, which will typically have smaller ships, more space per guest, and an ultra-high staff:guest ratio.

This winner of this category will be the ultra-luxury cruise line that has gone above and beyond to look after its customers and own people; has responded well or exceeded luxury agents’ needs; innovated in luxury product and brand strategy; and shown they strive for sustainable and responsible operations.

Luxury Expedition Cruise Line of the Year – New for 2025

Luxury Expedition Cruise Line of the Year – NEW for 2025

Sponsored by the Expedition Cruise Network

This NEW category is for cruise brands who focus on providing expedition experiences combined with luxury product onboard their ships. Typically, these will be smaller ships, operating to remote and unique places, offering a high level of educational and immersive experiences for expedition guests and high levels of expert staff.

The winner of this category will be the luxury expedition cruise line that has gone above and beyond to look after its customers and own people; has responded well or exceeded luxury agents’ needs; innovated in product and brand strategy; and shown they strive for sustainable and responsible operations. If expedition cruising is just one part of your wider business, your answers here must relate specifically to your expedition product and sales.

Luxury Hotel Company of the Year (Small)

This category is designed to recognise hotel groups with 25 properties or less worldwide.

The winner will be the small luxury hotel group deemed to have best enhanced and shown innovation in product; strengthened trade partnerships; shown robust business stability or growth; and demonstrates greater sustainability in its operations.

Hotel collections and groups from anywhere in the world are invited to enter, but all properties must be in the luxury segment. Please note, this is for hotel groups, not individual properties.

Virgin LE quote

It felt incredible to win and was a very proud moment I will cherish. The best part was breaking the news to my colleagues, each of whom contributed to us winning this award.”

Rachel Healey, senior sales manager – Europe, Virgin Limited Edition, winner of Luxury Hotel Company of the Year (Small) 2024

Luxury Hotel Company of the Year (Large)

This category is for hotel groups with more than 25 properties worldwide worldwide.

We will seek to recognise the large luxury hotel group that has best enhanced and shown innovation in product; strengthened trade partnerships; shown robust business stability or growth; and demonstrates greater sustainability in its operations.

Hotel collections and groups from anywhere in the world are invited to enter, but all properties under this brand must be in the luxury segment. We would like this to be brand specific. If you have more than one luxury hotel brand in the portfolio, you can enter each brand with a unique application if you wish.

Specialist Luxury Operator of the Year

This category is for tour operators who focus on providing higher-end trips as a specialist in certain destinations, types of holiday, or product niches such as ski.

The winner of this category will have provided extraordinary service, knowledge and experiences to clients; shown proven and enhanced support for agents; looked after their own people; maintained innovative levels of product; shown robust business stability or growth; and shown how the business strives and leads when it comes to sustainable operations.

Inside Travel quote

“This award will encourage us to build on our achievements and strive to keep ahead of the market. It will give the team a real boost, and reminds everyone across the company that we love what we do.”

Gabo Quiros, global trade manager, Inside Travel Group, winner of Specialist Luxury Operator of the Year 2024

Luxury Trade Support Team of the Year

The category is open to any company with a strong on-the-road/trade support team in the UK luxury sector, such as cruise, tour operations, and hotel groups.
