By accessing any part of the Website  or by otherwise accessing any content found on the Website you are entering into an agreement with the Company and agree to the Terms and Conditions that follow (the “Terms”) regardless of whether or not you choose to register as a user with us.

Please read the Terms carefully before using the Website. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Website. Certain provisions of the Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this Website.

For the purposes of these Terms it will be necessary for us to process personal data relating to you. A full explanation of how we will use your personal data and any rights in relation to that personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. For the avoidance of doubt, the Privacy Policy does not form part of, and is not incorporated into, these Terms and we may vary it from time to time as appropriate.

Registration for and use of our Website

You may only use the Website if you are 18 years of age or older. Certain areas of the Website may only be open to Registered Users or subscribers. By registering on the Website and not also becoming a subscriber, you will become a customer of the Company as a “Registered User”. Being a Registered User shall entitle you to access certain content and benefits. You should check the benefits page on a regular basis as this page will be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to amend or vary the content and benefits available to Registered Users from time to time. In addition, and if you allow us to when registering your details as a Registered User, we will contact you from time to time in accordance with your preferences and our Privacy Policy.

Each registration is for a single user only. You may not share your user name and password with any other person(s). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your user name and password. You agree to immediately notify the Company if you become aware of the loss, theft or unauthorised use of any user name, password or of any TTG Content.

You agree to provide us with accurate, complete registration information and inform us of any changes to such information. For the purpose of confirming your compliance with these Terms, we reserve the right to monitor and record activity on the Website, including access to TTG Content.

The Company shall not be liable if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the Company’s control. In the event that you fail to comply with the Terms, the Company reserves the right to remove any publication by you not complying with the Terms and cancel your registration and/or subscription on the Website.

Membership

Registered Users will have access to certain parts of our Website and a limited amount of content. Registered Users can access additional content and benefits by subscribing to become a member with us (“Membership”). We offer different levels of Membership and the extent of the content and benefits available to a Registered User will depend on the level of membership subscribed to. Please see our benefits page for up to date details regarding our Membership prices and the benefits for each level of Membership.

The Company reserves the right to vary the amount of content and types of benefits that it makes available to Registered Users whether or not a Registered User subscribes to a Membership.

The Company will try to process your subscription for Membership promptly but does not guarantee that your subscription will be activated by any specified time. By submitting your payment and other subscription details, you are making an offer to us to buy a Membership to our Website. Your offer will only be accepted by us and a contract formed when we have successfully verified your payment and contact details, at which point we will provide you with access to the content and benefits associated with your Membership. You will receive written confirmation when your offer to buy a Membership has been accepted.

Renewal

Unless specifically stated in any Membership offer or promotion when you place your subscription order with us and subject cancellation by you or us, you agree that at the end of the initial subscription period (and of each renewal period thereafter), your Membership will automatically renew for the same subscription period at the then prevailing renewal price, which may be changed from time to time.

Your right to cancel

Unless specifically stated in any Membership offer or promotion when you confirm your offer to buy a Membership, you have the right to cancel your Membership at any time without notice, however, you are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind after we have provided you with access to the content and benefits associated with your Membership.

Unless the terms of any Membership offer or promotion state otherwise you will not be charged any cancellation fees, however, once you have confirmed your wish to cancel you will no longer be able to access the content and benefits associated with your Membership.

You can choose to reactivate a Membership at any time by logging into your account on the Website and following the appropriate instructions.

How to cancel

You may notify us of your wish to cancel your Membership by logging into ’my account’ on the Website and clicking the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.

Fees and Payments

You are responsible for any fees that are payable including any processing or other fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider.

The price to be paid for your Membership will be made clear to you when you subscribe for Membership or otherwise during the sign up process and may vary from time to time. You agree to pay the fees at the rates notified to you at the time you purchase your Membership together with any processing or other associated fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider. Unless you request otherwise any payments associated with subscription renewals will be processed each month on the same date as the original payment was processed (for example the 1st of the month). We will contact you in advance of any increase in the price of your Membership and give you the opportunity to cancel it if you do not want to pay the new price.

Any available discounts must be applied at time you subscribe and cannot be added retrospectively during the term of your Membership.

When you purchase a Membership, you must provide us with complete and accurate payment details. By providing payment details you confirm that you have the right to use those payment details to purchase a Membership. If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to any content or benefits associated with your Membership and we may contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities or other appropriate third parties where we suspect illegality or fraud.
