Face To Face with Intrepid Travel's Zina Bencheikh

National Travel Agents Day UK will be held on 24 July, with Intrepid hoping it will flourish into an annual moment to stop and appreciate the efforts of agents to send millions away on holiday every year.

Bencheikh, who was appointed to the managing director role in February, also reflects on her 10-year career with Intrepid and her time on the DMC side of the business.

She also takes us through the challenges, foreseen or not, of her first four months in the post, coming at a time when the travel sector has been plunged into what is arguably the greatest crisis in its history.
