Now in its fourth year, the Adventure Travel Networking (ATN) Conference & Marketplace event will be in a hybrid format, with a virtual supplier and buyer marketplace, followed by an in-person conference and networking event later that week.
Buyers of adventure travel, including tour operators and travel agency product managers, are invited to register for the online marketplace being held on the afternoon of Tuesday 27 February, for which they will have the opportunity to pre-book meeting slots with a wide range of tourist board and DMC partners, free of charge.
On Thursday 29 February, tour operators, travel agency bosses, destinations, DMCs and other industry professionals are invited to a full day in-person conference at the Little Ship Club overlooking the River Thames with tickets priced from £220 including VAT.
TTG Media has been the trade media partner of ATN since its inception.
“Adventure Travel Networking does exactly what is says on the tin,” said Pru Goudie, founder and director of ATN. “We curate topical and well-attended networking events that promote and discuss adventure and experiential travel with a positive impact.
“Our key audience is adventure tour organisations, local DMCs, key travel media, tourist boards and travel service providers,” she added.
Topics on the agenda for the conference include the role of tourism in protecting biodiversity, the concept of ’positive impact tourism’, trends in the M&A market in travel, and exclusive research into adventure traveller intention for 2024.
A more detailed agenda can be seen on the event website.
ATN attracts up to 250 UK adventure tour operators, overseas suppliers, DMCs, destinations, emerging markets, unique accommodation providers, trade associations, industry speakers and travel media outlets.
