Canadian Affair has upgraded its agent portal, including a new filter that permits searches by duration, budget and other preferences.
The portal’s Find My Holiday tool now allows agents to present tailored options to their customers “at the click of a button”.
The enhanced hub also provides access to news and updates, details on current booking incentives and downloadable marketing materials, including posters, images and videos.
Nick Talbot, the operator’s head of marketing, said: “We are excited about the launch of our new website and the new features it offers, as our goal has always been to support our agent partners with the best tools and resources.
“We believe that the new Travel Agent Portal and the Find My Holiday tool will significantly improve the way agents interact with our products and help them sell our holidays more effectively.”
