Jet2.com has added Verona to its 2024/25 ski flight schedule, citing strong demand from winter sports fans in the North West.
The airline and operator’s Saturday service will start on 21 December 2024 and run through to 5 April 2025, opening up a number of resorts in and around the Dolomites, including Val di Fassa, Madonna di Campiglio and Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Jet2 offers seven other ski destinations from 10 of its UK bases – Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Lyon and Turin. Its expanded ski programme features 37 routes, with up to 70 weekly flights during peak periods.
All eight of Jet2.com’s ski destinations are available from Manchester airport for winter 2024/25.
Ski customers can also take advantage of an extra 10kg luggage allowance at no extra cost. Hold luggage and ski carriage of up to 22kg is available at a cost.
“We are experiencing strong demand from skiers and snowboarders clamouring to book the best of the action for Winter 24/25 and our ski flights are selling very well,” said Jet2.com and Jet2holidays chief executive Steve Heapy.
“With perfectly timed flights, we are giving skiers access to the best ski resorts across Europe, and we know our new ski services to Verona, along with those already on sale, will be a huge hit with snow sports enthusiasts next winter.”
