Abercrombie & Kent has introduced its “A&K Private Estates”, as part of the luxury travel group’s investment in properties that can accommodate larger group bookings.

The collection will include five exclusive villas of varying sizes in Tuscany, which will be available to rent for summer 2025.

Each accommodation features premium amenities like heated pools, outdoor kitchens, yoga studios, gyms and wine cellars. There will also be a dedicated local host and 24/7 concierge service to ensure clients’ needs are met around-the-clock. Guests will be welcomed by a private meal prepared by an Italian chef, who will return again ahead of their departure date to serve a farewell dinner.

Bespoke services such as personalised culinary lessons, pre-arrival grocery shopping, and wine tastings led by experts from a leading vineyard are also available.

“A&K Private Estates combines our expertise in luxury travel with the warmth of a home away from home,” said Stefanie Schmudde, senior vice president of global product strategy at A&K. “Our collection of five extraordinary villas in Tuscany redefines bespoke luxury, offering immersive experiences that blend exceptional amenities with the timeless beauty of the region. This launch underscores our ongoing commitment to providing unparalleled travel experiences that exceed the expectations of our discerning travellers.”

The portfolio of five villas includes Palazzo Bellavista in Tavarnuzze, which is a Renaissance eight-bedroom villa with panoramic views, elegant interiors, and a heated pool. Next, there’s Podere La Gloria in Chianti, a restored hilltop house which also features eight bedrooms as well as an infinity pool.

Podere La Piana is a five-bedroom farmhouse in the medieval town of Radda with a gym, steam room, and outdoor pool, while the nearby Borgo Castelletto is six-bedroom villa on a working wine estate with terraces, a pool, and various entertainment options. It also has a tower housing a billiard room with 360-degree views, a bar and a wine fridge.

Il Cellese in Castellina is the largest of all the estates, with ten bedrooms and an occupancy of up to 19 guests. Its facilities include an indoor-outdoor pool, a spa with a gym, sauna and steam room, a terrace with a pizza oven, and its own private restaurant space.
