Alana van der Merwe to join Ikos and Sani sales team with trade brief

Van der Merwe starts her new role on 4 December and will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with agent and tour operator partners. She is rejoining the travel industry following her recent role of project manager at event specialist Inconnection, having previously been agency sales coordinator at Carrier. 

Lee Barker, regional director of sales and marketing, said: “Alana is an exciting addition to our team and has excellent knowledge of the luxury travel sector. Joanna Guest remains as sales manager supporting travel agents, and has now commenced maternity leave.
