APT's Koral Lipton joins Explora Journeys trade sales team
APT and Travelmarvel business development manager Koral Lipton has joined Explora Journeys as its newest business relationship expert, growing the line’s UK and Ireland sales team to five.
TTG 30 Under 30 alumnus Lipton will report into head of sales UK and Ireland, Priti Mehta, and will work closely with business relationship leads Jenny Wade and Andrew Schweitzer.
In her new role, Lipton will look after agents in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, a beat she worked for APT and Travelmarvel and with Gold Medal and Travel 2 prior to that.

Explora said she would support efforts to educate and inform agents about the line’s luxury offering after taking to the water in August 2023 for the first time.
“The extension of our sales team demonstrates Explora Journeys’ dedication to the travel advisor community," said Mehta.
"We are thrilled to have Koral onboard to help foster more meaningful partnerships across the north of the UK, and the Republic of Ireland.
"We see strong growth potential in these regions and Koral’s appointment will help form closer relationships there."
In her new role, Lipton will also assist with training, building partnership agreements and managing tailored marketing activity with her travel agent network, engaging old contacts and making new ones.
Explora’s second ship, Explora II, is scheduled to launch in August, with a further four ships due to launch by 2028.
